How to delete your Business.live account and data

1. Open Business.live and sign in 2. Go to Menu → Delete Account 3. Confirm deletion
This immediately cancels your subscription (no further charges) and signs you out. Your account, business profile, and generated content are permanently deleted within 30 days.
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@businesslive.co.in from the phone number or account email associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
We retain billing records (such as payment amounts, dates, and order IDs) for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, or financial regulations, even after your account is deleted. This data is kept solely for legal compliance and is not used for any other purpose.
Your subscription is cancelled immediately upon request. Your account and content data are permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
