1. Who we are

Business.live is operated by ScriptCubes Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Business.live app, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

2. Information we collect

Account information — your phone number, used to sign you in via one-time password (OTP). We don't ask for a separate account password.

Business profile — the business name, category, logo, and contact details you enter to personalize the posters and videos you create.

Content you create — images and videos you upload or generate, and any templates, business photos, or logos you select while creating content.

Subscription & billing — your active plan, usage counters (how many posters/videos you've created today), and payment metadata such as order IDs and payment status. Actual payment details (card, UPI, bank information) are collected and processed directly by Google Play or Razorpay, our payment processors — we never see or store your full card/UPI details.

Device permissions — depending on what you choose to do in the app, we may request: - Photo/video library access, to let you pick images and save your generated posters/videos - Microphone and audio settings access, used for audio playback and recording features inside content creation - Storage access, to save your generated content to your device

3. How we use your information

To create your account and keep you signed in
To generate the posters and videos you request, personalized with your business details
To operate your subscription — track daily usage limits, apply your plan's entitlements, and process renewals
To send you service notifications (for example, a renewal reminder or a failed-payment grace period notice)
To provide customer support when you contact us
To keep the app secure and prevent abuse of free usage limits

4. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with: - Google Play / Razorpay, to process your subscription payment - Our backend infrastructure provider (Supabase), which stores your account and content data on our behalf, under contract, only to provide the service to you - Law enforcement or regulators, only if legally required to do so

5. Data retention

We keep your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain billing records for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. 6. Your choices and rights

You can edit your business profile at any time from within the app
You can revoke photo, video, or microphone permissions at any time from your device's app settings — some features may stop working if you do
You can request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account and data, by contacting support@businesslive.co.in
If you're in a region with statutory data-protection rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or India's DPDP Act), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or object to processing of your data — contact us to exercise them

7. Children's privacy

Business.live is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled databases, row-level security on our backend) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use Business.live after a change means you accept the updated policy.
