How do I create a poster or video?
Set up your Business Profile first (logo, name, category) — from the Home screen, choose a template, personalise it, and generate. Your daily usage limit is shown under Menu → Plan Usage.
Why can't I generate more posters/videos today?
Every plan has a daily limit that resets every 24 hours. If you've hit your limit, you can wait for the reset or upgrade your plan from Menu → My Plan for a higher (or unlimited) daily limit.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
Go to Menu → My Plan to compare plans and upgrade, or Menu → Manage Subscription to see your renewal date or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals but keeps your current plan active until the period you paid for ends.
I paid but my plan didn't update — what do I do?
This is rare, but can happen if Google Play is briefly slow to confirm a purchase. Try closing and reopening the app first. If your plan still hasn't updated after a few minutes, contact
support@businesslive.co.in with your Google Play order ID (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Order history) and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for Google Play purchases are generally handled by Google Play directly, especially within 48 hours of purchase. See our full

How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Menu → Delete Account in the app, or see our
Account Deletion page for instructions you can follow even without opening the app.
What languages does Business.live support?
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada — 6 languages at launch. Every script and AI voiceover is available in all 6 languages, so your videos can speak to your customers in the language they actually think in.
What video formats can I generate?
Business.live generates videos in four aspect ratios: 9:16 (vertical Reel/Story), 1:1 (square post), 4:5 (portrait feed), and 16:9 (YouTube/landscape). You can also generate WhatsApp Status-format videos. Pick the format that fits where you plan to share it.
Do I need design or marketing skills to use Business.live?
No — that's the whole point. Business.live pre-writes the marketing copy for your specific industry and service. You just tap to pick a video type, optionally add an offer, and tap Generate. The app handles the script, voiceover, image layering, and rendering. No design or marketing knowledge needed.
What industries does Business.live support?
We started with aluminium fabrication and are expanding into healthcare, hospitality, home & construction, beauty & salon, retail, real estate and more. Each industry gets its own industry-specific scripts, hooks, problems, solutions and CTAs — never generic content. New industries are added regularly with no app update needed.
Is Business.live available outside India?
Business.live is India-first — pricing in rupees, payment through Google Play and Razorpay, voiceovers in 6 Indian languages, festival posters for every Indian festival. We plan to expand to other South-East Asian markets once we're well-established across India.
Do I own the videos and posters I create?
Yes — you retain ownership of the business information, images and logos you upload, and the content generated from them is provided for your business use. The underlying templates, designs and app software remain our (or our licensors') property. See our

What happens to my content if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of your current paid period. You keep access to your previously generated videos and posters. You just won't be able to generate new ones beyond the Free plan's limits until you resubscribe.
