The rules for using Business.live

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Business.live mobile app, operated by ScriptCubes Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You sign in using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You're responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure — anyone with access to it can sign in to your account. You must provide accurate business information when creating your profile.
Business.live offers a free plan with limited daily poster/video generation, and paid plans (currently sold through Google Play's billing system) that increase or remove those daily limits and unlock premium templates.
Daily usage limits reset once every 24 hours and are enforced on our servers — not just on your device — so they can't be bypassed by reinstalling the app or clearing local data.
We may change plan pricing, limits, or features going forward; changes won't retroactively reduce what you've already paid for during an active billing period.
Paid plans purchased through Google Play auto-renew each billing period until cancelled. Google Play is the merchant of record for these purchases — your payment method is billed by Google, not directly by us.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from within the app (Menu → Manage Subscription) or from your Google Play account's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your current paid period early — you keep your plan's benefits until the period you already paid for ends.
If a renewal payment fails, we may place your account in a short grace period during which your existing plan continues, after which your account reverts to the free plan if payment isn't resolved.

You agree not to: - Use the app to create content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or misleading - Attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its normal operation - Use another person's or business's identity, logo, or content without the right to do so - Resell or redistribute access to the app or its generated content in bulk without our written permission
You retain ownership of the business information, images, and logos you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to generate the posters/videos you request. You're responsible for having the rights to any images, logos, or business information you upload.
Content generated by the app (posters/videos assembled from templates and your inputs) is provided for your business use. We don't claim ownership of your generated content, but the underlying templates, designs, and app software remain our (or our licensors') property.
We aim to keep Business.live available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — generation jobs, templates, or specific features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or issues beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptCubes Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time — see our Account Deletion page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continuing to use Business.live after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
